They are lightweight, and don’t slide around too much, thanks to the grip dots on the back. Best of all, they contain pee and spills, and yet are easy to maneuver into a washing machine. I have dried them on low, timed, then hang them up to finish drying so they don’t wear out. Overall, I’m very pleased. I just wish they would come in a 60″ square, to fit inside an extra large 58″ pop-up playpen; the 40×60 suffices (the other sizes are too big), but it doesn’t fully cover the bottom, and my male kitten already had a few accidents that didn’t make it completely onto the pad. I cannot believe we waited so long to get one of these! Seems like such a dumb mistake! This cover is an absolute lifesaver! We have a 7 year old labradoodle we is a first generation and sheds a LOT! Can’t see the hair as much and easy to remove. The main reason is we just got two new puppies who are 9 weeks old, and are being potty trained. So imagine this thing is going to take a lot of hits so to say. Luckily enough they are teeny tiny so it’s just a bit. But this cover is fantastic. The pee beads right off and doesn’t absorb. I ordered this fuguitex Waterproof Dog Blanket to protect my bedding from fur and dirt. I’m using it on top of my bedding instead of a comforter and it seems to be doing a good job. Thankfully my dogs don’t typically make messed on the bed, but they do shed and their fur normally gets embedded into the the fabric of normal bedspreads so it’s hard to wash it all out. With this bed cover the fur just sits on top of the fabric so it’s easy to brush it off or use a fur remover tool.

I did try pouring a little water on the cover to test the waterproofing and the water just sat on top of the fabric so it’s easy to wipe up if you catch an accident immediately.

I think the bed cover looks good, even if it’s not as nice looking as a regular comforter. The cover is made from the same material as most waterproof sofa covers. Personally I prefer having my bed clean and protected over having it look fancier. The cover is large enough to cover a queen size bed with plenty of overhang to protect the sides of the sheets. My only question is whether the blanket will keep it’s waterproof quality over time and multiple washings.
